David J. Bloomberg

Principal

David J. Bloomberg is a Principal at Chuhak & Tecson, P. C. and both leader of the firm’s condominium and community association practice group and co-leader of the Litigation practice group. David focuses his practice on products liability litigation, commercial litigation and condominium and common interest community association law.

Overview

David has extensive experience handling a broad spectrum of product liability claims on behalf of aviation and automotive industry clients, as well as manufacturers of commercial and consumer products. He has litigated numerous aviation matters, including cases involving airports, airlines, ground handling and general aviation crashes. David’s experience encompasses all aspects of the litigation process, including case strategy and management, pre-trial motion practice, depositions, hearings, trial preparation and trials.

David has presented CLE-accredited lectures on matters related to multi-party settlements, spoliation and effective depositions. He is currently a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, Business Development & Marketing Committee and and co-chairs the Litigation practice. He has previously served on the Finance, Litigation, Recruitment and Strategy Development Committees.
