Bryan Montana is a principal in Chuhak & Tecson’s Estate Planning & Asset Protection group. He takes great pride in providing focus and clarity for his clients, going great lengths to explain complex legal matters in a simple and clear way.

Overview

He feels his job as a lawyer is to advise and assist his clients through the development of a customized plan and not a “one-size-fits-all” solution. His first aim is always to build trust with his clients and establish a comfort level in working with him.

Bryan focuses his practice on estate planning, helping clients design customized wealth preservation, asset protection and tax minimization strategies. He handles wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate, trust administration and special needs and disability planning. Bryan has experience forming and structuring business entities with the ultimate goal of ensuring a smooth transition from one generation to the next. He also has extensive experience helping families protect assets from the costs of long-term care, as well as qualifying for Medicaid and Veterans Affairs benefits.

Starting a family, building a business, dealing with divorce and reaching retirement are just a few of life’s big changes that require revisiting one’s estate plan. Whether creating their very first plan or facing a major life event, clients value knowing that they will receive Bryan’s personal attention to their legal needs. This rare combination of care and subject matter knowledge helps his clients navigate even the most sensitive and complex situations.

Active in firm activities, Bryan currently serves as a member of Chuhak & Tecson’s Technology Committee.

Away from the office, Bryan and his wife enjoy traveling (ocean views preferred) and spending time with their young son. Bryan is an avid athlete and loves playing golf, baseball, softball, basketball and backyard football.
